As part of the Change Management team, the Change Management Associate is responsible for various change management program responsibilities including, intake, tracking and processing of change requests, maintaining and updating the team's internal database in Microsoft Access, approval tracking and continuous process improvement. The database maintains all the data elements used in the Quality testing scripts and is a new and critical tool for the change management process. Other responsibilities updating other applicable systems and supporting strategic initiatives.
Partner with process owners, team leaders, stakeholders and managers to ensure alignment of quality scorecards
Develop and drive strategies to improve processes and efficiencies
Ensure that requests are resolved within deadlines
Maintain team database
Partner with leadership to drive overall strategy
Represent manager and team on stakeholder calls as needed
Escalate issues to management
Demonstrated ability to complete timely deliverables with a high degree of accuracy
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office products, Microsoft Access experience is required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization and time management abilities
Ability to deliver on projects and tasks with competing priorities
Superior communication and partnership skills
Strong analytical skills including the ability to probe sensitive issues while maintaining the highest level of integrity and objectivity
Productivity and flexibility through shifting priorities and deadlines are required
Demonstrate the ability to function in a joint, cooperative manner; share information with co-workers and peers and support department and team plans, programs, and policies
