The Product Information Manager will lead a Product Information data program that focuses on implementing process and data standards, ensuring data quality and working with customer and 3rd party partners to publish Perrigo’s supply chain and eCommerce content through the appropriate channels. This individual will also play a critical role in operationalizing the execution of Product information processes, partnering with business partners to improve processes, and participating on various projects to ensure data consistency across Perrigo’s portfolio of products.
Responsibilities:

• Process Oversight: manage and implement processes and procedures that govern the program for data standards and data quality as it relates to the system solution for PIM/DAM and other enterprise systems that require data management. Decision maker for product information schema while consulting and partnering with business partners and IT to ensure data consistency. Understand and document existing data collection and govern the approval processes needed to fully set up items across all retailers as appropriate. This shall include maintaining: catalogue of data required for publishing across partners/retailers, lineage of data requirements, data sources and data owners, work with business partners and IT and system resources to add new data needs as appropriate, understand timing, dependencies and risk areas between internal go to market needs and retailer data demands.
• Project/Program Management: Lead projects while partnering with business partners and IT on PIM/DAM enhancements and system changes required for continued growth. Create reporting and/or data quality scorecards to enable collaboration with business data owners and stakeholders to provide visibility and drive decisions for ensuring data consistency and quality.
• Tightly partner with peers, Master Data SAP Leaders, EDG Data Stewards, Quality, Graphics, and Commercial Operations to operationalize, monitor, and evolve PIM/DAM practices to ensure high quality content across products & customers, and best-in-class content with our products & customers. Ensure alignment with strategic technical roadmap.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of business objectives and data usage within their region
• Influential and credible across business and IT; proven management capabilities
• Strong understanding of external data trends and industry requirements
• Strong conviction, open to consider alternative points of views
• Strong change agent; effective communicator, well respected by peers & subordinates
• Able to guide the analysis and discussion of issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience and competence in leading, influencing, coaching and mentoring others
• Experience and comfort in leading when not necessarily a subject matter expert
• Self-starter and self-motivated requiring little support from others
• Business experience managing data driven processes across multiple functions
• Experience with SAP or other data management solutions
• Experience with Artwork/Graphics commercialization processes and/or technologies
• Understanding of GS1 Standards/GDSN choreography
• Five to seven years of relevant business experience and experience of interpreting retailer requirements and data
• Bachelor’s degree required
