This individual will also build custom reports for client teams as well as assist with incoming and outgoing case transfers.
Serves as a technical or functional resource. Frequent keyboard use/data entry. Assigns, monitors and reviews progress of work.
Manage incoming phone calls and walk-ins. Conduct daily *outbound calls* to generate business and set appointments. Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
Smile, greet and thank customers and assist them with any needs. Review/process customer repair orders. Process payments from customers quickly and accurately.
