Position Objectives:
To prepare, package and deliver food to dine-in and carryout customers. Responsible for exhibiting a friendly, enthusiastic attitude while performing job assignments, showing a caring attitude for guests and fellow employees, and maintaining the company’s operational quality and cleanliness standards.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Prepares and presents quality products at all times. Maintains a neat and clean work area.
  • Maintains adequately stock workstations; restocking stations as needed.
  • Meets reasonable expectancies established by the Restaurant Operations Manual.
  • Ability to learn in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain cash variances at acceptable levels.
  • Projects a professional appearance and a positive attitude at all times in the restaurant.
  • Attends special meetings as schedule by the management team.
Physical Demands: Minimum qualifications needed to perform essential job functions
  • Sedentary/light/medium/heavy- (physical requirements of the job).
  • Heavy Work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 15 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
  • Consistently carry products/boxes and miscellaneous weighing no more than 60 pounds.
  • Consistently operate registers.
  • Consistently handle product preparation.
  • Consistently hear to communicate with customers.
  • Consistently kneel to utilize proper lifting procedures.
  • Consistently lift for product preparation, stocking and inventory.
  • Consistently push to open and close door to store and storage shed, cooler, & freezers.
  • Consistently reach for product preparation and serving customers and for training.
  • Consistently see during all activities.
  • Constantly stand during serving customers and training.
  • Frequently stoop to pick up supplies and trash.
  • Consistently talk to fellow employees and customers.
