Under the supervision of the Facilitation Coordinator (within the COED department) operates computers, video conferencing, and other office equipment (training will be provided) as well as facilitates delivery of Live Interactive video (LI) courses and Face-to-Face (F2F) courses. Greet and assist public and faculty. Late afternoon and evening shift to cover evening classes.Required Qualifications
Graduation from a standard senior high school or the equivalent plus one year of full-time paid employment related to the Summary of Duties. Part-time experience will be pro-rated.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of audio, visual equipment and basic computer programs. Knowledge of university policies and procedures a plus.
Skills: Proficient in use of standard office equipment and MS Office
Suite. Skills to operate and troubleshoot equipment. Computer and computer software skills. Effective oral and written communication skills. Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills with good organization and coordination techniques. Effective records management and information systems organization and management skills.
Abilities: Ability to follow written/oral procedures and instructions. Ability to build relationships with diverse constituents and organizations. Ability to keep student records confidential. Abilityto meet and work with the public. Ability to troubleshoot system issues and resolve technical difficulties.
