Status: Non-Exempt, Position works a 12-month schedule
Reports To: Director of Alumni Relations
Overview: Under direct supervision, the alumni engagement and fundraising specialist creates loyal supporters and donors by working collaboratively with the Director of Alumni Relations and others in the Office of Advancement to engage alumni in the life of the college through social, fundraising, and volunteer programs and events.

This position in located on-campus in a traditional office setting.

Must be able to lift 25 pounds on a frequent basis. Also required is the ability to listen, hear, speak, read, write, climb stairs, bend, stoop, and stand for intermittently long periods of time. Must be able to use a computer to accomplish a variety of job tasks.
Expected hours of work:
Academic Year: 40 hours per week.
Summer: 40 hours per week.
Some evening and weekend work will be required.
Some travel to regional events may be required estimated at 0-5%.
