The HR Employee Service Representative will provide general administration of Human Resources actives through timely request fulfillment within a service center environment.
Manage queue of assigned cases and ensure timely processing occurs within specified service level agreement.
Maintain a useful working knowledge of company policies, procedures, government regulations and commonly accepted business ethics.
Maintain a clear understanding of legal and compliance requirements related to assigned areas and projects.
Work with Center of Expertise members to provide high-level focused quality customer service and resolution to non-routine escalated inquiries.
Assist with ongoing operational processes and audits to ensure business line needs are met and all service level agreements are adhered to.
Handle sensitive company and personal information, which requires a high degree of confidentiality.
Employ a risk-based approach to problem solving.
This position is located in Minneapolis, MN and is not open to home-based/remote
2-year college or post-secondary coursework in related field or applicable work experience.
1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or other applicable customer service role(s).
3 years of customer service experience
Experience with HRIS
Established vocabulary of HR terminology (recruitment, payroll, benefits)
Experience with business process improvement and/or project management
Strong verbal and written communications skills
