Overview: In the role of Human Resources Shared Service Coordinator I, you will be working in Waukesha, WI and be part of the HR Shared Services team.
In the role of HR Shared Services Coordinator I, you will provide exceptional high-volume HR customer service support in person, via email and via call center, to our workforce. In this critical HR role you will provide superior client-focus, communication, and organizational skills. Candidates must have strong detail orientation and analytical skills, critical thinking and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
EMPLOYEE SUPPORT • Serve as first point-of-contact through telephone or email regarding questions related to HR programs and HR systems. • Answer Tier 1 questions regarding HR/payroll policies and procedures, referring to an online knowledge base for information and guidance. • Answer all incoming inquiries in line with the agreed service level standards and ensure that for each inquiry, accurate and concise information is captured in the to allow for an audit trail and production of accurate management information • Assist employees with navigation through these systems with step-by-step guidance to complete tasks. • Manage tier 1 documentation and knowledge base articles. Support FAQ creation. • Provide HRIS transactional support with high quality data accuracy. • Seek guidance or transfer more complex and/or confidential inquiries/requests to the Tier 2 functional support. HR Program Support • Administer and act as process owner for a variety of HR programs, such tuition reimbursement, relocation, employee referral, etc.
TRAINING AND DOCUMENTATION • Hands on just in time training in HR on systems and HR processes • Assist in creating training documents Other Duties as assigned and the following: • Establishing and improving upon defined HR procedures and process methods to efficiently and accurately meet performance goals. • Monitoring and evaluating HR transaction work flow and volume in order to meet performance goals.
Minimal Qualifications: Associates Degree or equivalent experience
2 years of Human Resources Experience
Working proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and an ERP or HRIS
