|Title||Order Puller - 2nd Shift - 2pm To 10:30pm|
Order Pullers are responsible for the pulling of the correct items in correct quantities for each retail store, as indicated on the pack slips for each order. They have good attention to detail, the ability to inspect for quality and quantity, as well as strong communication skills for notifying the line leader of issues, prior to packaging. The Order Puller may also be responsible to perform other duties as capable and assigned.
Responsible for pulling the correct item and amount as indicated on pack slip
Notify Line Leader of any discrepancies on pull line
Perform Quaity Control Inspections while pulling
Package signage as required
Walk pull lines assigned to ensure accuracy of orders
Build boxes as required to complete pull
Help with fabrication and all aspects of pull
Ability to communicate and understand instructions with minimal supervision
Understand procedures and standards set forth by company and Dept.
Ability to speak and read English proficiently
This is considered a flex full-time position. It will average over 30 plus hours a week but has a flex out period of aprox. 1 week each month that they do not work. During peak production they work 7 days a week including saturday and sunday and lots of overtime. The regular hours are 2pm to 10:30pm can work 3pm to 1am during peak and in crunch time trying to hit deadlines sometimes work 12 hour shifts.
Minimum Position Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to speak, read and write English
Available for weekend work schedules and overtime
Required to lift a minimum of 35 lbs & stand for long hours at a time
Have and maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driver’s abstract. CDL Class A is a preferred and given preference. Ensure builds are built to plans.
