EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma and additional post-secondary classes in medical terminology and health care business preferred. Medical clinic, hospital, or nursing home experience and medical terminology preferred. Excellent customer service, communication, keyboarding, and telephone etiquette skills required. Bilingual experience preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Performs quality incoming and outbound call processing in Bellin’s clinical support call center. Schedules appointments for BMG, BSG and Employer Clinic Patients. Documents caller demographics and other non-medical information into computer software. Maintains confidentiality of both caller information and protected software. Assists callers in navigating System, process physician referral requests, serves as a resource to Bellin Services, and promotes and its partners.
