FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE
The Front Desk Associate is a critical link to guest satisfaction as you drive the customer's first and last impression of Pet Paradise. This position is responsible for guest service transactions, reporting and resolving customer issues, and providing the right services for the customers' and pets' needs.

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carryout instructions. Ability to problem solve.
Certificates and Licenses:
Canine/feline CPR certification preferred
Animal handling skills preferred

Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence. PA diploma or certification is a plus. Oversee the performance of other clerical staff.
Implement administrative policies and procedures to meet residents’ needs in compliance with federal, state and local requirements.
Experience and hold a current Class A CDL License. Class A CDL License (CDL-A). Responsibilities of the CDL Class A Truck Driver*. Class A CDL Company Driver*.
Speech Therapist license and registration by the state. Make your own schedule and work in the area of your preference. A Speech Therapist for Home Health must:
