We are seeking an experienced individual with social media, online marketing, customer services and an overall loyal person who is searching for a career with growth opportunity.

The Office Assistant / Social Media Specialist will directly support the staff by assisting in administrative duties that contribute to the overall efficient operations of the ffice.


· Ability to juggle multiple projects

· Strong administrative skills

· Exceptional customer service skills

· Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills

· Assist with maintaining and organizing files

· Maintain strict confidentiality and sensitive information in a confidential manner

· Screen, follow up and direct phone calls and messages appropriately

· Maintain and organize contacts and vendors

· Manage and post on all social media accounts

· Assist with creating, drafting, editing, proofing documents, research, graphics, postings using
Microsoft Office and Adobe Create Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

· Maintains a positive, empathetic, and adaptable attitude in any situation

Qualifications & Experience:

· Prior administrative experience is preferred

· Must have excellent and proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suites a

· Detailed Oriented, organized, and resourceful

· Willing to learn

· Mutli-tasker

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to research and organize information

· Must possess problem solving and critical thinking skills

· Enjoy the challenges of supporting a busy team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
