Full Description :
Must Be Available: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, some overtime occasionally.
Primary Job Function:
Provides support to office management and department managers. Maintain customer database with current information. Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees and company customers. Ability and willingness to cross train on other responsibilities within the office.
Advanced customer service skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills.
Knowledge of industry is recommended but not required.
High school diploma or GED
Two years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching or project management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Take incoming customer calls.
Create dispatch ticket for all service calls.
Debrief Service Technicians after completion of each call.
Forecast workload 2-3 days out.
Update customer files as information is received from installation. (Extended warranties, equipment info, new customers, etc.)
Maintain customer history files in database.
File service orders.
Create service invoice when jobs are complete.
Prepare paperwork for all manufacture warranty parts.
Facilitate return of warranty parts.
Update service database from service ticket.
Maintain service invoice log.
Other duties as assigned.
Well groomed, neat appearance
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Valid social security number
Must be able to pass drug test(s) as required by company
Ability to safely lift 50 pounds
Able to work overtime as needed.
Salary dependent on experience
