ESAD Intl. (ESADoggy) is looking for forward-thinking health care providers looking to improve the quality of life for clients with a wide range of qualifying conditions. ESAD Intl. is a very well-established technology company (established 1996) that now specializes in attracting clients seeking approval for an assistance animal by acting as an information gathering site for health care practitioners.

You must have at least a master's level education with 2+ years of unsupervised experience as an LCSW, LPC, LMHC or LMFT.

About this position:

  • Competitive compensation.
  • Streamlined workflow.
  • 1099 PRN position.
  • You must be able to perform workday (and the occasional weekend) assessment.

This PRN position is to join our mental health care network. You are not being hired by ESAD Intl.

NOTE: Unfortunately, if you are an intern or require supervision, you cannot be a provider with us. Also, we are unable to accept substance abuse counselors, mental health care professionals (except psychologists), occupational therapists, school counselors, career counselors, religious counselors, and business coaches (unless they have an additional license as a health care professional).

Fee structure.

Master's level applicants are $50-$55 USD per hour. Historically, case processing takes about 20-30 minutes to complete. Often, cases with add-ons are ordered, presenting a higher-revenue opportunity.

All future revenue (fees, renewals, revisits, etc.) is 100% realized by your practice.

We connect ESA clients with the providers who can best serve their needs in their area. Providers who sign on with us can concentrate on practicing medicine while we optimize search results for this service, screen prospective clients, handle billing and ensure clients’ privacy.

  • Handling all credit card processing and fees, charge backs, and other issues.

  • Provide Emotional Animal Support Letters of Recommendation and clinical session care.
  • Maintain accurate client documentation.
  • Documents all client contact and activity in an accurate, professional and timely manner.
