Full Description :
The Avera[at]Home Operations Coordinator performs diverse duties of a project coordination nature, including coordination and completion of assigned projects, including project definition, assignment of task responsibilities, setting deadlines, monitoring expenses and all other aspects of a project management. REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree preferred.
Two years related experience and/or training in a formal Project Specialist or Project Management role is preferred.
Business experience managing teams, sponsors, executives and stakeholders.
Experience managing complex work streams, work packages and deliverables.
Experience planning, scheduling and estimating time and effort.
Experience communicating formally at all levels of an organization.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, MS Outlook, MS Visio, MS Project (or similar).
Experience with MS SharePoint or similar document management and collaboration tools.
An understanding of the project lifecycle and change management.
