Assist and coordinate administrative tasks and scheduling of staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate scheduling of security, including 24-hour building security, and event staff
Assists with data entry, coding and reviewing employees’ timecards in Kronos (timekeeping system)
Assist with entering exhibitor orders for trade shows, process payments and work orders
Keep accurate records and maintenance of assigned radios
Route event medical time sheets to finance
Create and maintain the practice schedule for Creighton Basketball
Maintain the chain of custody for all deliveries; to include log all deliveries, notifying recipient of arrival of delivery, and secure delivery until received by/signed for by the recipient
Maintain inventory of shipping materials and office supplies
Assist in reviewing applications, phone screening and scheduling interviews for new hires
Assist with creating signs and posters for upcoming events
Create and use scheduling spreadsheets to use within different departments
Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
Other duties as assigned
