Summary Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of the company according to production schedules. Duties include reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules. Perform varied clerical work in plant office/production environment.

Receive shop inquiries, coordinate with Customer Service Representative to acquire accurate and timely information, and reply to shop in an efficient and professional manner.
Data entry using various software programs; Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel).
Cooperate with other areas of production to insure smooth and efficient order flow.
Maintain excellent working relationships with co-workers, managers, and customers.
Communicate professionally with internal/external customers via phone, email, or in person.
Respond promptly and appropriately to direction from multiple departments.
Prioritize, delegate, multi-task, problem solve, and schedule a variety of job tasks.
Must have punctual and regular attendance.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Effective and professional communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Familiar with computers and basic computer programs
