Full Description :

is currently seeking a full time Customer Service Specialist for our Service Department at Team Mazda Subaru.
This position will be responsible for answering incoming Dealership phone calls, contacting customers to elicit feedback regarding their experience in the Service Department, setting customer appointments, confirming customer appointments and building positive relationships with our customer base.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answers incoming phone calls and directs to the appropriate party.
  • Monitors and contacts Service Department customers to set appointments.
  • Determine customer needs by listening and asking questions.
  • Tracks and inputs customer informaiton into Dealership Customer Relationship Management program.
  • Follows up with customers via phone to elicit feedback and encourage customer loyalty.
  • Operates telephone equipment and other telecommunications technologies
  • Contributes to the Service Department team by fostering positive customer relationships.
  • Scan and file documents for Service Department and Accounting Office.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Able to achieve goals with limited direct supervision
  • Able to organize and plan work independently to complete assigned activities on a day to day basis
  • Able to work productively in a team environment
  • Excellent customer service focus
  • Excellent telephone skills and etiquette
  • Able to sit for long periods of time in an office environment (80% of time)
  • Highly organized and self motivated
  • Computer skills sufficient to use Dealership CRM and email software
  • Previous experience with high volume phone calls highly desireable.
