Insurance is seeking a Technical Assistant (TA) for its growing team in Phoenix, Arizona!

The primary role of the entry-level TA position is to assist with routine tasks while learning the Insurance Industry.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Directly assist Account Executives/Account Managers with the following processes(including but not limited to):
    • Policy checking
    • Endorsement checking
    • Process certificates of insurance and evidences of property
    • Process renewal requests
    • Renewal billing
  • Foster and seek relationships with teammates across all levels of
  • Ensure compliance with government agencies and corporate policies and procedures
  • Attend training sessions, courses, etc. to maintain up-to-date skills
  • Always conduct the highest level of confidentiality
  • Other duties as needed
Required Skills

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required
  • Independent insurance agency experience, preferred
  • Professional office environment experience, preferred
  • Willingness to increase knowledge of Insurance Industry while pursuing an Insurance License
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
