WHY IS THIS ROLE CRITICAL? Healthcare providers need rescuing so they can get back to providing their best care WHAT IS A DAY IN THE LIFE? You will be responsible for growing ’s provider ecosystem for a specific geographic area in the U.S. You are conveying the passion and urgency of our mission to providers, clinics and hospitals, and whoever else needs to know that 30% of the dollars spent in healthcare don’t go to care, but to the insurance behemoths and middlemen in between and that is simply unacceptable. It time to take back control of our own healthcare. Requirements: OK, HOW ABOUT A FEW SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES?
Call direct on select medical group practices and inpatient and outpatient facilities
- Relationship buildingMaintain relationships with providers over a long period of time and making sure providers understand changes as they occur.
Identify opportunities, and develop / execute contracting strategy in expansion markets.
Prepare, analyze, review, and project financial impact of provider contracts and alternate contract terms.
Responsible for contracting select hospitals, physicians, and ancillaries required for expanding the network of providers for .
Identify opportunities, and develop/execute contracting strategy in expansion markets.
Negotiate contracts in partnership with the Director of Provider Engagement.
Track the financial performance of contracts and ensure compliance with contracting guidelines.
Ensure smooth operation and administration of provider agreements.
Responds to provider inquiries, concerns, and assists in resolving elevated and complex provider service issues in expansion markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with the provider community and other partners.
Build the contractual templates needed for the appropriate provider.
Provides valuable updates and reports to the execution team.
