Crystal Lake CPA Office seeks a full-time firm administrator to manage a ten-person office. Duties include answering the phones promptly and transferring calls quickly and efficiently to professional staff using a multi-line telephone system, scheduling all appointments, assembling client tax returns, maintain office supplies inventory, track deadlines and jobs in process, occasional overtime hours during tax season, maintain paperless filing system and client database. Oversee administrative tasks done by administrative assistant and others. Perform duties assigned from time to time by the firm’s partners. Other responsibilities include mass mailings, email blasts, and text reminders, along with the professional appearance of the office.

Answering department phones and deliver messages in a timely manner. Typing or data entry as requested by LR staff and tutors. Able to work 7 hours a day.
Answer, transfer phone calls, and record messages as necessary. Provide office support to the building principal, students, employees, and visitors to ensure.
Provides guidance, information and answers to technical and non-technical questions in a courteous and tactful manner. High School Diploma or GED required.
Robust technology skills, including navigating a cell phone menu, entering data on a tablet, and using SMS texting features. Others may run 6-9 months.
