JOB SUMMARY:
The way our employees learn is changing. This role will bring creativity, experience, and passion for learning to meet the needs of the business through a blended learning platform. The focus will be on Operations training programs while partnering with the Learning and Development team to leverage corporate programs.

The Training Coordinator will coordinate and deliver function-specific training programs while working to continuously improve the training materials. The Training Coordinator will also be a key player in creating and updating standard procedures and workflows for key process paths within Operations.

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicate effectively to all levels of employees from executive to new employees.
  • Conduct task analysis in order to create and/or validate Standard Operating Procedures for training purposes.
  • Observe and document key processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct and/or coordinate personal/professional improvement training courses using a participant centered approach.
  • Document step by step processes for start to finish in a way that can easily be understood by Athletes.
  • Create and maintain a system to record training completion, cross-training effectiveness and employee knowledge and skills.
  • Attend and add value to Fulfillment/Manufacturing Center Management Team meetings.
  • Observe and evaluate training programs to make recommendations to improve training efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work across various shifts and times during operational team hours.
  • Ability to work with and train a diverse workforce.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Highly proficient in computer usage, e-mail, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of Fulfillment/Manufacturing processes and flow
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, including technical writing skills for process documentation
  • Presentation skills and comfortable speaking in a classroom/tour environment
  • 6-12 months of facilitating adult learning theories and effective training principles (preferred)
  • 6-12 months of previous experience of training or technical writing experience (preferred)

PHYSICAL CONDITIONS:

  • Must be able to stand 6 to 8 hours per day
  • May be expected to walk 5 to 10 miles per day
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • This job requires candidates to work and facilitate in a warehouse environment

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $18.00 per hour
