We are looking for a highly organized candidate with excellent people skills for the position of Guest Service Representative. Guest Service Representatives are responsible for providing optimal service to patients, families, and guests ensuring a great experience. They serve as a central point of contact by greeting and assisting all individuals entering the hospital to provide the finest in hospitality and service from entry to exit. They also act as the primary resource for other hospital staff. They will also perform other duties as needed.
The best Guest Service Representatives will demonstrate compassion and patience when assisting guests and accommodate their needs with enthusiasm, professionalism, and poise. Our ideal Guest Service Representative will be empathetic, positive, a good communicator and a team player.
This role will require 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role or guest service Role.
High School Diploma or Equivalent and hospital experience preferred.
