Job Description

We are searching for a Customer Service Representative to satisfy customer needs through transparent communication. In this role, you will listen to customer grievances and peacefully resolve any concerns they may have. Additionally, notify customers about the service features that are exciting and relevant to their individual needs.

Salary Range: $46000$56000 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and carefully respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries
  • Provide excellent customer service through active listening
  • Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
  • Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive, patient, empathetic, and understanding
  • Appropriately communicate with customers
  • Compassionately handle sensitive situations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Good customer service skills or prior experience
  • Strong attention to detail with time management and decision-making skills but also described as someone with high energy and driven to be the best
  • Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center
