POSITION SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Director of Talent Acquisition, the Human Resources Clerk will provide administrative and clerical support to the Talent Acquisition team and work closely with Human Resources Department staff.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Efficiently scan and electronically file, upload, download documents
  • Sort and files papers and documents into appropriate employee files.
  • Creates file folders for department needs, note limited to: new hires, benefits, and recruitment.
  • Create new employee personnel files and provide assistance with file maintenance.
  • Assist with data entry via HRIS, ATS, and other HR systems
  • Create and maintain reports as needed and directed by HR Director(s)
  • Send new hire documents to appropriate internal departments.
  • Assist Talent Acquisition team with recruitment, onboarding, meetings, scheduling.
  • Review/audit files, forms, and documents for accuracy
  • Assist with filing and maintenance of I-9 and other confidential documentation
  • Review general recruitment email/phone inbox and direct emails to appropriate internal stakeholders.
  • Provide receptionist/front desk coverage when needed. Welcome visitors by greeting them, assist with inquires in person or by phone, email.
  • Assist with Uniform Program
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

A. Education

  • High school Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or healthcare related field preferred.

B. Qualifications/Experience

  • Minimum six (6) months Human Resources support experience required or a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • PC proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

C. Special Skills/Knowledge

  • An exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing high-quality results
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills
  • Capability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and high-level attention to detail.
