This is where you come in… As a member of our Partner Success team, you’ll be an integral part of how we extend our industry leading moving experience to the customers of our partner businesses.
You provide the first impression of our company to our Partner’s customers. You provide a warm, friendly, and confidence-inspiring experience, guiding them through the booking process and setting them up for success.
Answer a high volume of calls and emails while maintaining a rapid response rate and keeping your enthusiasm and energy level throughout the day.
Master the booking workflow, make the standard script your own, and trail-blaze new workflows as we bring new partner companies into our network.
Educate customers to the full set of services we offer while setting proper expectations to ensure a smooth and complete move-day experience. Share your best practices with your peers in real time.
Develop expertise in moving and utilize that expertise to ensure that customers are set up for success when they reserve their move.
Ability to work directly with our Partner operational teams, as well as directly with their customers.
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast paced, constantly evolving work environment.
Ability to solve problems quickly over the phone while speaking with customers.
Comfortable with web-based software and tools. You are no stranger to working with multiple tabs at once.
Ability to work a set, recurring schedule (40 hours per week) with occasional weekend and overtime shifts
Minimum High School Diploma or GED. College degree desired by not required.
Starts at $13/hr with the potential to earn more after 90 days!
