The Catering Chef position will be responsible for meeting with potential customers along with the Sales Manager to create and design menus for specific events.
The Catering Chef will answer to the Head Chef and General Manager and will be responsible for maintaining menu integrity, food costs per event, and keeping in line with the overall direction of the venue.
This position requires the ideal candidate to have the ability to create and present menus to the general public. Outward appearance will be of the utmost importance.
This position requires the ideal candidate have the ability to communicate with different levels of management (Head Chef, Sales Manager, General Manager, and Ownership) regarding the plans for any upcoming events.
This position requires the ideal candidate to attend BEO meetings as needed to ensure a smooth event.
This is a great opportunity for chefs to gain some administrative and management experience, use your creativity and imagination to design menus for special occasions, and start at the ground level of launching our catering venue.
